What is LitRPG? It’s a story in which the mechanics of traditional roleplaying games, such as hit points and character statistics, are overtly part of the story world. Characters are aware of their class and skills, for example; there’s a “system” that governs how it all works; and leveling up is part of life.

In the Warmaster series, Aderyn is thrilled to finally get the Call that allows her to become an adventurer and gain a class assigned by the system. When the system makes her a Warmaster, Aderyn can’t wait to tell everyone. It sounds great to her!

Then she discovers that class is useless. Everyone in the world believes Warmaster is a joke.

It will take a partnership with a young man from our world, three unlikely companions, and a mystery hidden in plain sight for centuries for Aderyn to prove the world wrong.
